This challenge style video framework will make your videos much more likely to go viral because they are deliberately designed to make people watch until the end.. which the algorithm loves!

The framework generally has three parts:
‍
1. The Hook
"I'm going to see if I can do [interesting thing]..."

2. The Body
You document what happens during the challenge.
Highlight the ups and downs.
Build to the climax.

3. The Climax
This is where you reveal whether or not you successfully completed the challenge
